When i walked into the building I was greeted by a very nice lady. As soon as she pulled up my name, she saw I am a Hilton Honors member and gave me a nice little bag with 2 waters and a bag of popcorn. I always have to buy water because I like a cold bottle first thing in the morning, and this was perfect for me to have one available. I really like the fact that you have walk in showers instead of just tub showers. So much easier to get in and out of for those of us with bad knees.

Everything started out a little rough. When we arrived they could only find 1 room when I had booked 2 rooms through booking.com I gave them my confirmation as well as showed them the confirmation email they still could not find my reservation for 2 rooms. I was told I needed to call booking.com to resolve this. it was already late so I just went online and booked another room at a higher rate. Anyway that was the only issue the rest of the stay went well.

Very clean! The staff were amazing. There was not a microwave in the room and we needed to heat water for a bottle up for the baby. The staff were so accommodating and offered to help me heat up some water. I use this example because it is something they did that was over and above what I am sure their job duties call for. We will be looking for Tru hotels to stay in everywhere we go now!

The property was new, clean, comfortable, and the staff was outstanding. When we arrived, half of the town was without electricity, the staff could not have tried harder to make us feel welcome and keep us abreast of what needed to be done while the electricity was out.

They put me on a top floor which I am beyond grateful for being that I was by myself. The hotel was so clean, check in and check out was easy, Scott the hotel desk receptionist was nice and professional. I felt safe and comfortable! Breakfast was tasty. No complaints!
